Registration Fees:

Each paper needs a full non-student registration in order to be published in the proceedings. Full registration includes: the right to attend all COCOON'11 sessions; one volume of the proceeding; conference banquet. Student registration does not include the tickets for the banquet.

Registration Instruction:

Please note that we only accept Payment by Check from U.S. banks or wired money to our bank account. If you pay by check from a U.S. bank, please write a check payable to “WASA” and complete the registration form [PDF, DOC]. Please mail the check with the completed form to the following address:

If you prefer wiring the money to our bank account, please submit the scanned copy of the completed registration form via e-mail to Ms. Fay Zhong ([email protected]) in order to get our account information. All wired registration fee must be received before May 16th for early registration. Please allow 3 to 10 days for the wire transaction to be completed.

Note:

1. Authors of accepted papers must finish early registration to guarantee that all papers are included in the proceedings.
2. One full registration is required for each paper (i.e. if two papers of yours are accepted, each paper must be registered and paid).
3. Author registration is not refundable. Companion registration is only refundable if canceled before June 1st, 2011.
