Each paper needs an author full registration in order to be published in the proceedings. Full registration includes: the right to access all COCOA'23 sessions. 

Registration Instruction:

Please note that we only accept Payment by Check from U.S. banks or wired money to our bank account.

If you pay by check from a U.S. bank, please write a check payable to “WASA” and complete the registration form . (Note that the payee for the COCOA 2023 Conference registration is "WASA", which is the non-profit bank account payee name and does NOT related to the "WASA Conference". ) Please mail the check with the completed form to the following address:

If you prefer wiring the money to our bank account, please contact our registration chair Mr.Xiao Li ([email protected]) for the wiring transfer infomation. Please submit the scanned copy of the completed transaction receipt, registration form, as well as the your name, the payer's name(if you are not paying from your own account), the associated paper ID (if applicable) via e-mail to Mr. Xiao Li ([email protected]). When do the wiring, please also leave a comment/message including your name (consistent with your registration form) and your paper ID (if applicable), so that when we confirm the transaction, we can identify its source. All wired registration fee must be received before OCT 13, 2023 for author registration. Please allow up to 3 days for the wire transaction to be completed.

Please Note:

  1. One of the authors of an accepted papers must finish author full registration to guarantee that your papers are included in the proceedings.
  2. One author full registration can only be associated with one paper (i.e. if two papers of yours are accepted, each paper must be registered and paid).
  3. Non-authors can also regester the conference to have the same privilege on conference site.
