The Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza sits atop historic Bunker Hill in the heart of sophisticated downtown Los Angeles. The 17-story hotel captures the essence and spirit of Los Angeles by providing guests access to many of the cultural and business highlights of the city. The Los Angeles Civic Center, the Financial District and the Staples Center as well as many of the Los Angeles' world-class theaters and museums are just minutes from the hotel.


The Hotel Reservation CUT-OFF Date is Thursday, SEPTEMBER 5, 2013 and based on room availability, and all reservations must be made before this date to receive the conference discounted room rate. We have arranged a block of rooms at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza. These rooms have been blocked to give a special conference rate of $159.00 Single or Double occupancy per day + tax (currently 14.08% and City Tourism Tax of 1.50%, but subject to change without notice). Please make your reservations EARLY in order to guarantee a room. After 5:00 p.m. local time on September 5, 2013, all excess rooms will be released back to the hotel for sale on a space and rate availability basis. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card.

Room Deposit: A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold an individual's reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first or final night of the reserved stay. These deposits are refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed by a first night room deposit or be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. Cancellations will be accepted prior to 12 p.m. noon local hotel time, on the day prior to arrival (24 hours). If the reservation is no longer required and is not cancelled prior to this time, the reservation will be released and subsequent room and tax charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
