Check in time is at 3:00pm. For guests that arrive earlier, complimentary luggage storage will be available. Check out time is 12 noon. Late checkout requests will be reviewed based on hotel demand. A late departure fee of $50.00 per room may apply.

The UTD DASFAA 2016 group rate (breakfast is included) is as follows:

Reservations will be made on an individual basis with each guest responsible for their own room, taxes and incidental charges. Guest must call or go to Hilton Garden Inn Richardson Webpage to reserve rooms on or before April 1, 2016 and ask for the group code CSW. Once the cutoff date comes and passes at that time, any unsold rooms will revert back to the hotel for general sale. Reservations made after the above date are subject to availability and are not guaranteed at the negotiated rate.
